UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT
issued April 5, 1933

all persons are required to deliver ON OR BEFORE MAY 1, 1933 all GOLD COIN, GOLD BULLION, AND GOLD CERTIFICATES now owned by them to a Federal Reserve Bank, branch or agency, or to any member bank of the Federal Reserve System.

The above statement by QUASI-PRESIDENT FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT is a Constitutional crime on his part and a violation of his oath of office, which is perjury. The law he broke is the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution. It says in part, ". . . nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property [gold], without due process of law; nor shall private property [gold] be taken for public use, without just compensation."

Furthermore, the QUASI-PRESIDENT FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT commited armed robbery by forcing people, by means of wicked guns, to deliver to him and to deliver to his fellow satanists their gold.

All Presidents of the United States are actually quasi-presidents. In other words, the independent nations (states) of America only contracted a part of their rights away to the United States government, which is located currently in Washington D.C. The states (nations) are not subject to commandments issued by the federal government that are not in the contract (Constitution). Each state governor could be called a president. It is just a word-game people. Howbeit, in Texas for example, the governor is really just a figure head position and has no real power. Howbeit, the governor of the CORPORATE STATE OF TEXAS does have real power over employees in the CORPORATION OF TEXAS. That's different. So, there is no such thing as a President over the states of America. But, there is such a thing as a Quasi-President over the states of America.

Executive Order

FORBIDDING THE HOARDING OF GOLD COIN, GOLD BULLION AND GOLD CERTIFICATES

By virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 5(b) of the Act of October 6, 1917, as amended by Section 2 of the Act of March 9, 1933, entitled "An Act to provide relief in the existing national emergency in banking, and for other purposes", in which amendatory Act Congress declared that a serious emergency exists, I, Franklin D. Roosevelt, President of the United States of America, do declare that said national emergency still continues to exist and pursuant to said section do hereby prohibit the hoarding of gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates within the continental United States by individuals, partnerships, associations and corporations and hereby prescribe the following regulations for carrying out the purposes of this order:

Quasi-President F. ROOSEVELT lies and declares that the existing national emergency in banking "still continues to exist". First of all, there never was a "national emergency in banking"!

The truth is this: the bankers had been printing counterfeit claim-checks that could not be redeemed for real money, such as silver dollars and gold coins. The bankers were a judgment away from going to prison for counterfeiting. IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE STOCK MARKET. GET THAT LIE OUT OF YOUR HEAD. A STOCK MARKET COULD NEVER EVER CRASH A SOUND BANK. BANKS CRASH BECAUSE THEY COUNTERFEIT MONEY. GOT IT!

For example, can a "warehouse storage unit business" go out of business because of a stock market crash. Answer: No!

The "warehouse storage unit business" could go out of business if the owner (banker) sells your boat and your other possessions that you deposited into his storage unit, and leaves you holding nothing more than a worthless claim check to your boat and other possessions. Do you see how the scam works?

Banks are nothing more than warehouse storage units.

Also, Quasi-President FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT says that his commandment (king's decree) is for individuals, partnerships, associations and corporations that are "within the continental United States". Umm. . . slight problem here, for the United States exist only in the District of Columbia and its territories. The use of the word "continental" is a lie on FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT'S part.

Section 1. For the purposes of this regulation, the term "hoarding" means the withdrawal and withholding of gold coin, gold bullion, or gold certificates from the recognized and customary channels of trade. The term "person" means any individual, partnership, association or corporation.

FRANK(ly)-LYIN' now says that people are "hoarding" if they own gold and they choose to remove their gold from the bank that is storing their gold for them. Furthermore, the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES does not have jurisdiction over in-state trade, but only over inter-state trade (trade between the states).

Now, in regards to the word "person", the shyster FRANKLIN is using what I call a "transforming definition". A "transforming definition" is a word that can transform itself into a completely different definition, according to the will of the shyster. For example, the definition (word) "person" can transform itself from a "corporation" to a "man" and then transform itself again into a "partnership" and then transform itself again into an "association". Do you see how an attorney could use such a definition (word) to his advantage?

Transforming definitions are sin, even unlawful. A corporation is an artificial entity (limited liability) and a "man" is a real man (full liability). The definitions (words) are not synonymous. Calling a "corporation (a book)" a "person" is fraud, even an outright lie! I could write more about the scam word "person", but I will not here at this time. Also, I am not convinced that the word "individual" means "man". It might mean "corporation", not sure. I'll look into it in the future.

Section 2. All persons are hereby required to deliver on or before May 1, 1933, to a Federal reserve bank or a branch or agency thereof or to any member bank of the Federal Reserve System all gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates now owned by them or coming into their ownership on or before April 28, 1933, except the following:

FRANK-LYING now says that privately owned banks are "Federal" and that they have "reserves". Both are lies! These banks should each be called a "Private Deposit Storehouse". The word "reserve" is used in a bogus way. When, the FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS were established they were bankrupt from the beginning. They only PRETENDED to have enough silver dollars for each claim check they printed. This is why all bank depositors should demand audits obtained by their own eyes. DO NOT RELY ON THE AUDITS OF CERTAIN SHYSTER ACCOUNTANTS, especially freemasonic CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS! Currently, as was the case from their beginning, all FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS are bankrupt and cannot deliver silver dollars for each dollar that they have typed into their buddies bank accounts.

(a) Such amount of gold as may be required for legitimate and customary use in industry, profession or art within a reasonable time, including gold prior to refining and stocks of gold in reasonable amounts for the usual trade requirements of owners mining and refining such gold.

(b) Gold coin and gold certificates in an amount not exceeding in the aggregate $100.00 belonging to any one person; and gold coins having a recognized special value to collectors of rare and unusual coins.

(c) Gold coin and bullion earmarked or held in trust for a recognized foreign government or foreign central bank or the Bank for International Settlements.

(d) Gold coin and bullion licensed for other proper transactions (not involving hoarding) including gold coin and bullion imported for the reexport or held pending action on applications for export licenses.

Section 3. Until otherwise ordered any person becoming the owner of any gold coin, gold bullion, or gold certificates after April 28, 1933, shall, within three days after receipt thereof, deliver the same in the manner prescribed in Section 2; unless such gold coin, gold bullion or gold certificates are held for any of the purposes specified in paragraphs (a), (b) or (c) of Section 2; or unless such gold coin or gold bullion is held for purposes specified in paragraph (d) of Section 2 and the person holding it is, with respect to such gold coin or bullion, a licensee or applicant for license pending action thereon.

NOTE to FRANKLIN. Hey you wicked sinner. People do not need a license to own gold. You are in violation of your oath of office. Lie-sins (license).

Section 4. Upon receipt of gold coin, gold bullion or gold certificates delivered to it in accordance with Sections 2 or 3, the Federal reserve bank or member bank will pay therefor an equivalent amount of any other form of coin or currency coined or issued under the laws of the Unites States.

NOTE to ROOSEVELT. Your use of the word "pay" above is bogus. You wicked liar. You should have used the word "exchange" instead of the word "pay". Now what are you doing you wicked, corrupt, liar? You are stealing people's gold and giving them in "exchange" counterfeit claim-checks called FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES that you also call "DOLLARS", yet these claim-checks are counterfeit, for silver dollars cannot be claimed by these FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE DOLLARS!

Section 5. Member banks shall deliver all gold coin, gold bullion and gold certificates owned or received by them (other than as exempted under the provisions of Section 2) to the Federal reserve banks of there respective districts and receive credit or payment therefor.

In other words, the local pirate banks will deliver the stolen loot to their FEDERAL RESERVE BANK masters. In exchange, these banks will get numbers typed into their "bank accounts" at the particular FEDERAL RESERVE BANK they each uses. These "numbers" will be like real "silver dollars" in commerce, howbeit, these "numbers" are really just counterfeit money units. The pirate banks will begin the process of floating hot checks in the market. Currently, the American business market is saturated in hot-checks called FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES (which are counterfeit claim-checks).

Section 6. The Secretary of the Treasury, out of the sum made available to the President by Section 501 of the Act of March 9, 1933, will in all proper cases pay the reasonable costs of transportation of gold coin, gold bullion or gold certificates delivered to a member bank or Federal reserve bank in accordance with Sections 2, 3, or 5 hereof, including the cost of insurance, protection, and such other incidental costs as may be necessary, upon production of satisfactory evidence of such costs. Voucher forms for this purpose may be procured from Federal reserve banks.

Oh excuse me people. I need to get a tissue to wipe the tears from my eyes, for FRANKLIN has permitted the Secretary of the Treasury to "pay the reasonable costs of transportation of gold coin. . ." to the people that he is robbing. Oh wow. . . I need a moment people. . . for it is not everyday that I encounter such a touching act of love. Fred now exclaims with a loud voice, his knees on the ground, his hands in the air, and with tears streaming down his face, "Live forever oh king Roosevelt"!!!

Section 7. In cases where the delivery of gold coin, gold bullion or gold certificates by the owners thereof within the time set forth above will involve extraordinary hardship or difficulty, the Secretary of the Treasury may, in his discretion, extend the time within which such delivery must be made. Applications for such extensions must be made in writing under oath, addressed to the Secretary of the Treasury and filed with a Federal reserve bank. Each application must state the date to which the extension is desired, the amount and location of the gold coin, gold bullion and gold certificates in respect of which such application is made and the facts showing extension to be necessary to avoid extraordinary hardship or difficulty.

Another merciful act by king Roosevelt himself.

Section 8. The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and empowered to issue such further regulations as he may deem necessary to carry out the purposes of this order and to issue licenses thereunder, through such officers or agencies as he may designate, including licenses permitting the Federal reserve banks and member banks of the Federal Reserve System, in return for an equivalent amount of other coin, currency or credit, to deliver, earmark or hold in trust gold coin and bullion to or for persons showing the need for the same for any of the purposes specified in paragraphs (a), (c), and (d) of Section 2 of these regulations.

So now, Satan's minion, KING FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT, is telling the people in the American market, that only those approved (freemasons and other evil types of people) by him and his evil followers can make gold jewelry. He has made it illegal to make gold jewelry without approval by one of the Federal Reserve Banks or one of the Federal Reserve System member banks. Note to FRANKLIN: You have violated your oath of office!

Section 9. Whoever willfully violates any provision of this Executive Order or of these regulations or of any rule, regulation or license issued thereunder may be fined not more than $10,000, or, if a natural person, may be imprisoned for not more than ten years, or both; and any officer, director, or agent of any corporation who knowingly participates in any such violation may be punished by a like fine, imprisonment, or both.

He starts out by saying "Whoever", howbeit, this word is not defined. He has already defined "persons" as "corporations". A "corporation" does not have a "will" for it is an "artificial entity". A "corporation" is in part a "charter", a "book". Later in Section 9, he uses the scam phrase "natural person". Howbeit, there is no such thing as a "natural person", for all "corporations" are artificial and not "natural". He then says regarding the "natural person" that the "natural person" "may be imprisoned for not more than ten years, . . .". Howbeit, you cannot put a "corporation" into prison, for a "natural person" is a "corporation". Corporations do not have bodies.

Learn this people: the mis-leaders in the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, aka UNITED STATES, absolutely hate, with their wicked hearts, the word "man"!

Why? because, they do not have jurisdiction over man, only over certain "persons = corporations" that they have created by use of the law. A "person" is a creation of the law called an "ens legis". If you will notice, all contracts and applications (affidavits) do not use the word "man". Again, the legal system of the UNITED STATES does not have jurisdiction over man (with a small amount of exceptions, for example, those employed in the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA).

You will see the satanists in the UNITED STATES use words like "person", "natural person", "resident", "individual", and "human being". Remember, a "human being" is a fictional character that exists inside the fictional story of evolution. Realize this, that evolution is still a theory. Evolution has not been proven. They have been digging in the dirt for over a century now and still have not proven their claim. Keep digging fools! You will never prove your claim!!! Ha! Ha!

You see Almighty God has the titles to the bodies of man. The UNITED STATES has the titles to artifical persons that are defined as corporations. It is a good idea to stop calling yourself and other people "persons", because you and they are not "persons". It is a mind trick.

GOLD CERTIFICATES may be identified by the words "GOLD CERTIFICATE" appearing thereon. The serial number and the Treasury seal on the face of a GOLD CERTIFICATE are printed in YELLOW. Be careful not to confuse GOLD CERTIFICATES with other issues which are redeemable in gold but which are not GOLD CERTIFICATES. Federal Reserve Notes and United States Notes are "redeemable in gold" but are not "GOLD CERTIFICATES" and are not required to be surrendered

Okay people, in regards to the above section of words, FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT is lying again.

Note: I am really getting tired of exposing all of these lies. Oh well, carry on Fred.

FRANKLIN writes, "Federal Reserve Notes and United States Notes are 'redeemable in gold'. . .", howbeit this is a big lie. First of all, the banks were experiencing bank runs because they had printed too many counterfeit claim checks. In other words, they did not have enough gold coins in their storehouse (bank) to deliver back to the depositors (customers).

Second of all, FRANKLIN is using a word-game-scam. He is claiming that a "CERTIFICATE" is different than a "Note". This, howbeit, is an outright lie!!! A "certificate" and a "note" are the same thing. A "CERTIFICATE" is a claim-check, and a "Note" is a claim-check. The customer simply presents the banker with the "CERTIFICATE" or "Note" and the banker will deliver (not give) (not pay), but "deliver" the customer's gold coins back to him. How hard is that to understand? Not very hard.
